As I was diagnosed by very prominent Doctor of medicine about my depression disease. First, I rejected his advice for 06-months, absorbing and tolerating its impact continuously. Such psychological changes leaded me again to him and started his medicine Estar 5mg after morning. After 01 month, In casual function, I complained him again for no improvements. He suggested to increase up to 20mg Estar. For the next whole year, Although I was taking tablets regularly. In fact, my feelings were same and nothing changed. I visited him again, and he referred me to a Psychiatrist. As it was my first experience being with doctor who cares half mad, stressed, losers and victims daily. While waiting for my appointment in lounge, the reaction of his patients was embracing and astonishing for me. He recorded my whole story, diagnosed me with Anxiety Illness Disorder, prescribed Zoloft Pfizer. And some physical activities like deep breath exercises and gym workout. Taking his medicine regularly, I felt alive and new change in psychological support system. I thought to write about some words on this emerging health issue.

For best treatment I would recommend highly trained psychiatrist.

Exercise has been shown to improve mood and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. Mindfulness practices, such as meditation and yoga, can help individuals manage stress and improve overall well-being. Self-care, such as getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and spending time with loved ones, can also have a significant impact on mental health.

However, there are several effective ways to manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.
